THE LIONS DEN
COLLEGE STRENGTH PROGRAMS
We've trained hundreds of college athletes and students. Strength Training is paramount to everyday success.
Caffeine and Kilos. That's the motto. We want to be the best part of your day - everyday.
Why the Lions Den?
-
5,000 Square Feet of Training Space
-
Strength Training targeted to College Athletes BUT anyone can train
-
We are designed around our athletes from functional battle ropes, Olympic lifting platforms, walls of rigs, sleds, balls, chains - you name it.
This may be your break but in here we expect you to work hard. You can count on our team to push you past your limit.
Lets transform together.
I'm Coach Joe, founder of the Lions Den. I want to help you become the best version of yourself. I know you have choices when selecting a gym so I appreciate you considering the Den. Take a look around, ask me questions or stop in.
I'd encourage you to read up on our coaches and programs to ensure that we have what you are looking for.

Lead Coach
Tonya Ridge
I'm Coach Tonya. I work hard and I expect great things form our athletes. I've been around the fitness industry for a very long time and I can say this for certain: Our members here at The Lions Den are amazing. They work hard, they take pride in their training and never complain.
Strength Training and Bootcamps are my thing. I'm always on the floor or in a class. (and you should be too)
Coach
Matt Molloy
I'm a graduate the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Exercise Science. I’m a local guy (North Penn) and athletics has dominated my life. I've led teams in basketball, baseball, soccer, golf and my passion, long distance running.
I've been strength training for 6 years with a focus in power-lifting but have recently stretched to strongman since joining the pride here at the Den. When I’m not in the gym I enjoy, spending time with my friends, music, and relaxing and playing some video games.
Coach
Brittany Stachel
I'm a graduate of West Chester University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I'm an athlete at my core and I grind it out everyday to ensure that I (we) get better. Strength training paired with intense conditioning is what I'm drawn to but I will always have time to crush a great session of Olympic Lifting.
When I'm not in the gym love reading, trying new restaurants and doing any type of outdoor activity with my family and friends! (I need more friends for hikes, so come on in)
