I'm Coach Joe, founder of the Lions Den. I want to help you become the best version of yourself. I know you have choices when selecting a gym so I appreciate you considering the Den. Take a look around, ask me questions or stop in.

 Meet Our Coaches 

I'm Coach Tonya. I work hard and I expect great things form our athletes. I've been around the fitness industry for a very long time and I can say this for certain: Our members here at The Lions Den are amazing. They work hard, they take pride in their training and never complain.

Strength Training and Bootcamps are my thing. I'm always on the floor or in a class. (and you should be too)

Tonya Ridge

I'm a graduate the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Exercise Science. I’m a local guy (North Penn) and athletics has dominated my life. I've led teams in basketball, baseball, soccer, golf and my passion, long distance running.


I've been strength training for 6 years with a focus in power-lifting but have recently stretched to strongman since joining the pride here at the Den. When I’m not in the gym I enjoy, spending time with my friends, music, and relaxing and playing some video games.

Our vision is to help motivate and guide you in your fitness journey. We've maximized every square inch of this 5,000 square foot facility. It was designed around our athletes from functional battle ropes, Olympic lifting platforms, walls of rigs, sleds, balls, chains - you name it.
We expect you to work hard. You can count on our team to push you past your limit.
