I'd encourage you to read up on our coaches and programs to ensure that we have what you are looking for.

 Meet Our Coaches

Strength Coach

Tonya Ridge

I'm Coach Tonya. I work hard and I expect great things form our athletes. I've been around the fitness industry for a very long time and I can say this for certain: Our members here at The Lions Den are amazing. They work hard, they take pride in their training and never complain.

Strength Training and Bootcamps are my thing. I'm always on the floor or in a class. (and you should be too)

Strength Coach

Matt Molloy

I'm a graduate the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Exercise Science. I’m a local guy (North Penn) and athletics has dominated my life. I've led teams in basketball, baseball, soccer, golf and my passion, long distance running.

I've been strength training for 6 years with a focus in power-lifting but have recently stretched to strongman since joining the pride here at the Den. When I’m not in the gym I enjoy, spending time with my friends, music, and relaxing and playing some video games.

Strength Coach

Zach Presto

Zach is the newest strength coach to join the Lions Den.

He is a strength performance specialist focused on agility, strength, and overall athletic training. His goal is simple: He wants to help people move better and get stronger.

His experience is widespread starting as a 4-year D1 athlete and a 2-year captain for the Iona College Water Polo team, a member of the US Open Team, and an international competitor in the Water Polo League Spotlight Event held in Montenegro.

Zach’s managed the strength and conditioning programs for more than 100 D1 athletes across 8 D1 and the top club teams in the tri-state area. He’s been called on to support strength programming for many international professional athletes because of his success at the spotlight events.
